South Island Scenery

The South Island is amazing. It is so scenic and covered with mountains, rivers, lakes and there is ocean all around. I flew to the south (to Queenstown) to meet up with Inge and Nadine for 9 last days on the road to adventure around. I apologize that I won't write were many of the places are, cause most of the picutres were taken as I was leaning out the car window. I wish I could remember the area we were in, but we drove through so many places over the 9 days.

On the plane.

This was just outside of Queenstown. People were bungy jumping off the bridge I was standing on. The colour of the water just blows me away.

Hokitiki river.

Once again, the colour is amazing.

Kaikoura.

This was leaving Kaikoura, and on the way to Christchurch. I took a lot more photos, but I really couldn't put them all up.

These pictures don't do New Zealand justice at all. It is almost impossible to capture the true beauty with a little Sony camera, but I tried my best. This is truly a place that needs to be seen with your own eyes.
